Recipe for Healthy Heart:
1/2 ounce non scented lotion
5 drops Rose oil ( only use Nature's Sunshine)
1 dropper Be Courageous flower essence
Mix togethere with a stirrer and then wipe the excess off of the stirrer to use. Take your right thumb and forefinger to do this then you can immediately apply this to above the heart into the sternum.
Today's topic was Nutrient deficiencies and medications. If you take medications, you need to watch this and know what your body is depleted in so you can supplement or eat the foods that help prevent disease.
