Gardening and Health go hand in hand. We've known for years that what we eat will have a great impact on our health. We also know that gardening depends on healthy soil. As humans, we depend on a strong constitution and healthy gut to keep us as vibrant as we can be.

The Great Reset would like you to see farming and raising livestock as a concern for the environment. They want you to think that driving your car is causing weird environments and conditions like fires and floods. Fear helps force people to think without logic. If you understand that some of these situations are not logical; if you listen to forensic experts talk about how the "fires in Canada" were different than other natural fires, you would understand this is part of a grand agenda to create fear.

Recently there has been news that fertilizers are in short supply. 3 of the minerals needed for fertilizer are: Nitrogen, phosperous and potassium (also known as pot ash). Commercial food growers depend on fertilizers to grow their crops (the food we buy at the grocery store). To understand this mineral shortage I've created a link for you to download and read.
Three major nutrients are required in large quantities for plant growth, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium. Three secondary nutrients are required in smaller quantities on some soils; sulfur, calcium and magnesium. Seven micronutrients may be required in small amounts where deficient. Each nutrient has a specific biological function and, while there may be synergies between the nutrients, none has a substitute.
People also need minerals to survive and be healthy. We eat vegetables to obtain most of those minerals. Make sure you buy from local farmers; go to farmer markets; check out local farmers for eggs, meat and other food sources.

Emotions and Heart Health. Learn how negative emotions can lower your health and vibrational rate. Low energy levels invite illness. Watch for tips on how you can use essential oils and flower essences to raise vibrational levels.
Recipe for Healthy Heart:
1/2 ounce non scented lotion
5 drops Rose oil ( only use Nature's Sunshine)
1 dropper Be Courageous flower essence
Mix togethere with a stirrer and then wipe the excess off of the stirrer to use. Take your right thumb and forefinger to do this then you can immediately apply this to above the heart into the sternum.
